Returning Items

All Seasons take pride in the quality of our products. The high standards that we set ensure our customers receive not only a high quality product, but a high quality experience with that product.

If for any reason an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a swift exchange or refund. We will cover any shipping costs of returned faulty items. Please note, it is important delivered goods are inspected as soon as they arrive. If any items do not meet your satisfaction, reject the items and mark this down on the delivery note. This is important as the delivery note will indicate when ownership of the products transferred from supplier to the customer.

Non-defective returns:
If you wish to return a non-defective item or items, we require the customer to pay for return shipping costs. This includes items that were ordered incorrectly or ‘change of mind’ returns.
